New publications by AICA-USA members

AICA-USA is pleased to announce two recent publications by members Bonnie Marranca and Susan Schwalb.

PAJ publications, which was founded by Marranca, just released The Sun on the Tongue, a collection of writings by artist and polymath Etel Adnan. The collection includes plays, poems, essays, and interviews in addition to a selection of Adnan's paintings and drawings and is co-edited by Marranca and Klaudia Ruschkowski.

Schwalb, who is a contemporary metalpoint master as well as an art writer, has co-authored a comprehensive manual on the technique with Tom Mazzullo. Silverpoint and Metalpoint Drawing: A Complete Guide to the Medium is available through Routledge. Recently, Schwalb and Mazzullo discussed the book and the medium on the podcast The Artist's Voice.
